What advantages does someone within AP have over a newsletter?
There are many more advantages besides the commercial ones. Your Equis are valid for one year and can be accumulated between them (discount codes have a very short validity, about a week). If you are in AP, we will also invite you to sweepstakes, private sales, events... that you don't get with the newsletter alone.
I redeemed my coupon but I lost the code... where is it?
Go to your private area, look for “Equis History” and click on the green “APPROVED” button. There is your code..
Is there a minimum purchase to spend my Equis?
Yes, it is written on each of the vouchers that you have to validate before redeeming them.
Can I transfer my Equis?
No. They are personal and non-transferable.
Can I use Equis and discount codes in one purchase?
No. Points are redeemed as a code at checkout. The website will not let you enter two codes (the points code and a 10% discount code, for example).
Why is it better to have points than a discount code?
Points last 1 year and are cumulative. Codes usually last 1 week and are not cumulative.
Can I redeem my Equis in a physical store?
Yes, in all our stores in Spain (except the Outlet and multi-brand stores such as El Corte Inglés).

Can I claim Equis from an old purchase?
We assign you the Equis from purchases up to 30 days before you opened your AP account. You don't have to do anything, the program does it automatically.
Can I get Equis without being an AP member?
When you place an order without being a member, we keep the Equis corresponding to your purchase in case you open an AP account in the following 30 days, we will automatically assign them to you.
How do the “adventure mailbox” Equis work?
When you send a proof of adventure (photo, flight or accommodation reservation, ski pass...) or proof of purchase with one of our partners (friendly brands that appear on our website), you can earn between 50 and 100 Equis.
We do not accept Blue Banana tickets as proof of adventure (you already get the Equis corresponding to that purchase automatically).
Why haven't I received my proof of adventure Equis yet?
When you send a proof of adventure (photo, ticket, pass...) it can take up to 10 days to see the Equis reflected in your account.
If I subscribe to AP, will I still receive the newsletter or do you send different emails?
You will receive the newsletter and also specific AP communications.
When do I receive my purchase equis and how can I redeem them?
Purchase X's are reflected immediately, but appear as “pending approval” for 10 days. On the tenth day they can be used.
To redeem them:
1. Log in to your account and look for the “Use your points” section in your private area
2. See which vouchers you have active based on your points and click on “Get reward”
3. Copy the discount code that appears and enter it at the checkout of your purchase
Why doesn't my referral code work?
The referral may fail if:
The two users share IP (when using the same device or the same wifi).
When the referred friend has already purchased or has an Adventure Pass account (you cannot refer someone who is already a user/buyer).

No, they are different things.
Being an Adventure Pass member is a step beyond the newsletter. Being an AP member means receiving the newsletter, but being subscribed to the newsletter does not mean that you are an AP member.
